This is an extremely elegant gown in Italian silk and organza.
The bodice of the gown is lavishly trimmed with rows of Italian lace. This lace is repeated on the edging of the peter pan collar.
Long full sleeves are gathered into lace-edged cuffs.
The silk skirt of this stunningly beautiful christening gown has an unusual handkerchief hem, edged with lace, and an overlay of embroidered organza. A double layer of net under the skirt, over a soft cotton underskirt adds fullness.
The gown buttons down the back bodice with silk covered buttons.
