Mia :
From the italian meaning "mine or my"
Alternatively, a diminutive form of Maria or Mary which comes from the Hebrew and probably means "Wished for child."
The name was made popular by the actress Mia Farrow.


This adorable young lady is Miss Mia Carson Duke, from Tennessee, USA.
Mia was christened on Sunday 27th July 2003.
