Chloe
From the Greek, meaning "a green shoot". The name was given to the goddess Demeter who protected the green fields. Chloe later became a generic name used by poets and romance writers for a rustic maiden.

Miss Chloe MacKenzie Schwartz, from California, USA.

Chloe was born on 7th January 2004 and was christened on 17th July 2004.

Chloe's mama, Enid and dada, Alan sent us this really delightful picture of their pretty little daughter, enjoying her Special Day in her "Primrose" christening dress and bonnet, and tell us:
"We just wanted to say that we so much enjoyed seeing her dressed so beautifully that day in one of your gowns."

Chloe - November 2004, aged 10 months.
Chloe's mama, Enid, writes:
We call her our "little happy bean", or just "happy bean" sometimes.

I have attached a recent photo of her, delighted for Santa to arrive with the Christmas spirit in her "Snow Man Santa Hat". Only, she kept playing so much when I was taken the picture, that her hat kept falling off and I had to quickly stick it back on her head in order to snap a simple shot. But, it came out with the Snow Man's carrot sticking on the top of her head. Oh well, can't say that I tried . . . She's such a wiggle worm.

Here at honfleur, we think that Chloe is a real delight !
