We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to choose and order from our on-line shop.
  • When you have made your choice, select the size and colour, as appropriate, from the drop down box.

  • If you require more than one of any item, change the number in the box marked "QUANTITY".

  • Click on the "ADD TO ORDER" button.

  • Each time you add an item to your order you will see the REVIEW screen, showing the total of your order so far. If you wish to change your mind, you can remove an item from your order by clicking the "DELETE" link, located to the right of each item on the REVIEW screen.

  • To add further items to your order, click on the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button at the top of the REVIEW screen.

  • When your order is complete, click on the "CHECKOUT" button".

  • You will then be presented with a form to complete with your name and delivery details.

  • If there are any special requirements, for example if a gown is required by a certain date, please let us know in the "ADDITIONAL COMMENTS" box.

  • Select a PAYMENT METHOD from the drop down box.

  • If you select payment by CREDIT CARD, payment will be made via our Secure Credit Card facility using WORLDPAY.

    However, if you are concerned about supplying your credit card details on the internet, we are happy to receive your order by telephone. Alternatively, have you considered setting up a PAYPAL account? Just click on the PayPal button for details.

  • When you have completed the form, click on the "SEND ORDER" button and your order will be passed to the House of Honfleur.

    If you selected Payment by CREDIT CARD , you will now be transferred to a secure WorldPay screen to enter your credit card details. When you have entered your details click on the "MAKE PAYMENT" button and your payment will be authorised on line by WORLDPAY and confirmation will be passed to the House of Honfleur.

    We will never receive details of your credit card, so your transaction will be totally secure.

    If you have selected payment by PAYPAL you will be transferred to the PayPal website to make your payment. Confirmation of your payment will be passed to the House of Honfleur by PayPal.

  • You will receive confirmation of your order by email, confirming delivery details.

  • All goods will be despatched as soon as possible after cleared payment is received by us, normally within 24 hours.

    For destinations overseas we send all parcels by Air Mail.
