A copy of an original victorian family heirloom christening gown, in beautifully fine, soft, pure white cotton lawn.
This very pretty, traditional baptism gown has a lace trimmed bodice and puff sleeves.
Although this gown comes in just one size, the bodice is adjustable for fit. The front bodice is elasticated and the ties which fasten the back bodice can be used to adjust the measurement around the chest, by tightening or releasing the gathers.
The skirt is decorated with pin tucks, lace insertion and two lace trimmed flounces
The gown comes with a separate cotton underslip and a matching lace trimmed bonnet.
